To: Tu Bi Foundation USA and volunteers of Hai Lang District, Quang Tri Province
First of all, on behalf of all staff of Hai Xuan Kindergarten, we would like to send you well wishes for health, happiness and success in life.
Last week, our school was delighted to receive the gift from the Foundation which is “School Roof”. In Vietnam, these days it is cold and rainy season, this gift by the Foundation was very timely, helping the staff safely transfer food without getting wet. In addition, from now on the students will have more area for activities – a beautiful water sand playground. The teachers and children deeply appreciate the TuBi foundation and the volunteers in HaiLang District, Quang Tri Province.
On behalf of the School, parents and children, we would like to send our sincere thanks to our benefactors and Tu Bi Foundation. We promise to use it for the right purpose and take good care of them so as not to disappoint your benefactors’ hearts for us. In the coming time, we hope to continue to receive the attention and love of the Tu Bi Foundation and benefactors to help them have better learning conditions.
Finally, we would like warm wishes to everyone – best wishes for health, happiness and success in life.
On behalf of all the teachers, parents and students of Hai Xuan Kindergarten, I would like to thank you.

Gifting Love & Kindness Home, Visiting Tu Bi Kindergarten #2
November 2, 2019
What an achievement beyond our imagination of this loving home. Thanks to the money Tu Bi Foundation donated 35 million VND (1,500 USD) and the locality matched 15 million VND. The remainder, the homeowner borrow government loans with a 5-year interest rate of .6%. The husband worked as a fisherman, so he managed to do some construction work himself. The house took 6 months to complete because they work when they have money and there was no pressure. Currently the house has been temporarily completed worth 100 million VND. But inside is unfurnish with exception of a bed. We truly helped Tran Thi Dieu’s family to have the opportunity to change their lives. From now on their family will not have to live in poverty, with thatched roof. After the parents received news that Tu Bi Foundation helped with the home. The parents gave more land so they can build a more spacious house.
Sincerely thank our benefactor from France, for helping this program to be successful. The family would like to appreciate this precious merit and dedicate prayer to for Pham Chi Ton be reborn in a peaceful world.
Afterward we have returned to visit Tu Bi Kindergarten #2 to donate library books to preschool students.
Best regards
Tu Bi Foundation
Roofing for 2 PreSchool – Hải Thọ and Hải Lăng – December 2018
Dear benefactors,
In August and December, 2018, the Association implemented 2 programs “Mai Che Tinh Thuong”, at 2 Hai Tho Preschools in Hai Lang Town, to connect between Kindergarten and Primary School. The roof of Hai Phu Kindergarten at Phu Kinh was destroyed by a storm in the month of October 2018, so TBF considered and helped, at the request of Huong Binh from Virginia. The number of students at the schools is increasing, but the school cannot build more room, the school’s roof would fill in the needed space for lunch, study, dance and sports programs for hundreds of students. TBF was fortunate to have volunteers at Hai Lang, they bought construction materials and hired workers – reducing cost.
In partner with Tu Bi Foundation, Vietnamese Buddhist Charity in Ca Mau, IMF grant program donated 9,000 US toward a new school project. Hundreds of children from 3 to 5 years old will benefit from this project.
Thank you for IMF Giving Grant – A Tu Bi Kindergarten was built at Khánh An, U Minh District, Ca Mau City – Vietnam.
Thank you – Together, We are making a difference!

Inauguration of the multi-purpose room at Hai Tho preschool in Quang Tri, May 17, 2017
July 28, 2017
Dear Benefactors,
When a loved one passed away, the lost of precious love and suppress feelings as we bid farewell as the person return to the other side. To pray and dedicate the merit for Ms. Lê Kim Tuyến, her family and friends contributed to the building of a multi-purpose room and donated the preschool in Hải Thọ, Quảng Trị. This is where Ms. Lê Kim Tuyến was born and had contributed to preschool in Quảng Trị over the years.
Everyday, nearly 400 preschool children attend and study in this multi-purpose room. The principal and teachers were moved upon receiving the help of Tu Bi Foundation, not expecting this dream to come true. They have asked the association for help over the years but the association was unable allocate fund for it so it was not considered.
Sincerely,
Tu Bi Foundation
Kindergarten School Inauguration – Ca Mau, Nov 27, 2015
December 09, 2015
Dear Benefactors,
Tu Bi Foundation have have built many kindergarten schools from the North to South – even in the highlands such as Buon Me Thuot. After 20 years of implementing charity projects in Viet Nam, this is the first kindergarten school in which local authorities have agreed to specially name it “Tu Bi” (compassion).
From an abandoned house for many years and collapsed with the slightest touch, now it is a kindergarten school with two class rooms – beautiful and spacious. Even though this is farther remote area in U Minh – Ca Mau province, but everyday there are more kindergarten students and there are no classroom for the children. They have to borrow the state offices to teach the children.
Seeing the interest of local community and after talking to some of the parents with children needing to attend kindergarten but there weren’t any school nearby (they would have to travel by boat or motorcycle). Tu Bi Foundation agree to assist with 45% of the cost and the rest of funds needs to be raised by the local people.
Luckily, the TBF have two benefactors able to help fund the construction of the kindergarten school in Ca Mau, especially Ms. Tuyet and her peers in the charity group were able to buy the bricks/tiles and building materials to save on cost.
We sincerely appreciate all the contributions from our benefactors and volunteers in completing this project. For the local community, this was a miracle and a dream come true.
